IPO Tracker Data Sources

Last reviewed 6 August 2026

Data snapshots

IPO Tracker displays normalized IPO data snapshots prepared by its backend from an authorized developer data source. The app does not call that upstream source directly. Snapshot scope includes lifecycle/status information, issue dates, price bands, subscription figures when supplied, and selected resource links.

The authorization is limited to this bounded IPO reference-data use. It does not cover live quotes, option chains, streaming feeds, GMP, or a raw bulk-data product.

Official documents

Document buttons open provider-supplied HTTPS links to official NSE, BSE, SEBI, registrar, or issuer resources in the device browser. IPO Tracker displays the link list and does not ingest or reproduce document contents.

Allotment status

IPO Tracker does not collect PAN or provide a source-verified native allotment result. For a locally marked Applied IPO, an explicit action may open a reviewed official registrar allotment page in the device browser after a confirmation notice. The user enters any PAN, application number, or demat details only on that registrar website; IPO Tracker does not receive or store them. A user may separately record an Allotted or Not allotted note locally, but it is labelled user-entered and is not imported from the registrar. The app does not call or scrape registrar, BSE, or NSE forms, inject a WebView, or solve CAPTCHA. An automatic in-app result remains disabled until a source supplies a documented contract and explicit permission for third-party mobile use.

Freshness and accuracy

The app shows snapshot generated/checked time, freshness, and warnings when available. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily stale. Verify material details in the linked official documents.
